Classes

My cooking classes are designed for all levels of home cooks. The classes will focus on teaching participants how to prepare the dishes as well as educating the group on why the foods we’re working with are ideal for optimal health. You’ll leave with the skills to re-create the dishes at home without the need of fancy kitchen equipment or impossible to find ingredients. I can’t wait for you to join me in the kitchen!

 

Gimme the Fat!

Gone are the days of low fat diets! Fuelling your body with high-quality fats is a great way to reboot your digestive system and maybe even loose weight.
