cneprogram may be almost over but the new ideas aren’t quitting anytime soon. Just whipped up this raw vegan rose sauce with pea pasta.

1 avocado

Handful of fresh cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup of cashews

salt & papper to taste

1 tbsp  chopped red onion

1 -3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp water

..Blitz all but the olive oil in the food processor and drizzle oil in slowly as needed

Ginger, turmeric, lemon, raw honey and coconut oil elixir. I blend the ginger, turmeric, lemon and honey together in the blender, strain out the solids and store in the fridge. Then I just mix with hot water and 1tsp coconut oil when I’m ready to enjoy. So quick and so delicious!
